privacy
vivek.cloud is Vivek Pal's personal site. It collects only what it needs to open a file or book a call, sends it to Vivek, and doesn't sell or share it. There are no ads, trackers, or newsletters.
proof of work
To open the proof-of-work PDF you give your email. Vivek gets an email with it, along with what your browser and Cloudflare report about the visit: rough location, network, browser, timezone, screen size, and how the form was filled (time on the form, pointer movement, keystroke count). That's how he knows who read it and keeps automated agents out.
booking time
When you book a call or a co-working session, the site stores your name, email, note, the time, and whether you chose Google Meet or Jitsi. They're kept on Cloudflare and emailed to Vivek.
If you book through the agent, your messages are sent to Xiaomi's MiMo model so it can understand the request and pick a time. A short summary of your messages is written for Vivek before the call.
google calendar
The site connects to one Google account: Vivek's. It checks when he's busy and creates the event on his calendar, with a Google Meet link when you choose Meet, and Google sends you the invite. It doesn't read anything else from anyone's Google account.
vivek.cloud's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
logs
Cloudflare, which runs the site, keeps request logs for a few days.
terms
Use the site the way a person would. Don't automate it, scrape it, or book time you don't mean to keep.
deleting your data
Email 31vivekpal@gmail.com and Vivek will delete what the site holds about you.
